Ready to Move Forward?

As a writer, coach, professional speaker and trainer, I’ve met thousands of people over the years struggling to move beyond adversity and challenges that have kept them stuck and frustrated. Career dead-ends. Failed marriages. Difficult children. Financial setbacks. Anxiety and depression. Cancer. Loss of loved ones. No matter the circumstances, everyone has the ability to move forward. Staying stuck is NEVER an option!

In Transition? Three Prompts To Move You Forward starts now. I’ve distilled everything I’ve learned about overcoming adversity, adapting to change, and becoming resilient into this short, introductory course.  I recognize the value of your time, which is why this course is flexible enough to allow you to go at your own pace. Quicker isn’t better, so do as little as ten minutes a day if that’s all you can. Each prompt includes a number of priming questions and exercises to stimulate your creativity. Are you ready to tell your resilient story and own your life in an entirely new way? I can’t wait to work with you!
