Sometimes a single presentation or workshop fuels interest in ongoing coaching. Nancy regularly works with individuals, teams, and organizations to better navigate change and push beyond challenge and adversity. So often disruptive events and circumstances are beyond our control. What excites Nancy is the opportunity to teach clients how to leverage disruptive events so that they become assets, not liabilities.

Nancy’s leadership development coaching is entirely customized and integrates the same practices and tools she used to propel herself forward after a decade of hardship. Real-life insights and experience are then integrated with research and teachings on emotional intelligence, resilience, growth mindsets, post-traumatic growth, positive psychology, and grit. Nancy will also apply her proprietary Resilience Framework™, teaching clients this everyday model to fortify and sustain their resilience and achieve their goals.


Nancy uses a variety of assessment tools and diagnostics, including the EQi 2.0, PANAS Questionnaire, Grit Survey, VIA Survey, PERMA™, and Workplace PERMA™ Profiler.

Coaching sessions are a minimum of three hours per month.

Changing mindsets and behaviors takes time; clients must, therefore, commit to six months or more.

Sessions can be conducted in-person, by phone, Skype, or Zoom. Clients have regular access to Nancy throughout the month.
