Nancy’s first husband Brett died of a brain tumor when she was thirty-seven and the couple’s twins not even three years of age. As an executive at Time Warner and McGraw-

Hill, Brett had always taken pride and stewardship in managing the family’s finances. But as his disease progressed, financial security was among Nancy’s paramount fears, particularly since they had no life insurance. Brett was diagnosed before the couple had children. Who imagines the randomness of a terminal illness when you are young and full of hope for the future?

Eventually, a social worker at the nonprofit group Cancer Care led Nancy to a financial advisor who helped to create a comprehensive plan. This important relationship allowed Nancy to focus her energies on her family during the last months of Brett’s life rather than worrying about future practicalities. That same financial advisor has supported Nancy through life’s biggest milestones, including a move across the country, remarriage, planning for college for her twins, and retirement.

Nancy draws upon lessons from her own powerful story, over two decades working in the communications industry, and research and insights from bold visionaries to help leaders and organizations stop playing safe and narrow and start thinking long and wide.

Clients who hire Nancy can expect to: drive their performance; attract new clients; motivate their teams; and identify and act upon what it means to live and lead well.

Clients repeatedly comment on Nancy’s authentic message and warm, conversational, interactive presentation style.
